Food was great, facilities for kids excellent, self catering apartment spacious for kids and comfortable.

The cleaners could put more effort into cleaning the rooms and bathrooms.

Excellent property, lovely decor and very spacious. It's as if you in a different country. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant food is excellent. King size room with 4 poster bed and huge size of room is truly amazing.

The new revamped king size rooms are far away from the main restaurant which makes if very difficult to get access. Going with a car is difficult as parking is an issue at the main restaurant for breakfast. Getting a golf cart is difficult especially when the phones to reception and the restaurant were out of order. Is there no 24/7 maintenance team on site? A small bottle of water is provided for drinking and tea, which equates to a glass and a half only, when asked for more water we were told to buy our own. Even ran out of tea bags and were told the same thing. Where did you see a 5* hotel ever have such a response. This is an excellent hotel of international standards, they need to have a full time experienced and fully trained duty manager 24/7 on site and the staff definitely need training in hospitality. The lack of customer care in such an amazing hotel is glaring. Requested an iron and ironing board and had to wait ages before it could come. It seems that the hotel is under staffed and they trying to save on cost at the expense of customer care and guest comfort. Bathroom lacked basic amenities like toothbrush kits, small soap bars. Having a bulk body lotion dispenser with no small ones makes it so difficult to take body lotion in one's hands and walk to the room to rub cream on ones self as there is no bathroom chair that one can sit in comfort and apply body cream.Overall a very good experience though

Restaurant is useless. Food quality is going down badly need to do something urgent before its too late.
