The location is great. 20 min to the beach, close enough to city center and 5 min to Metro (a huge supermarket). Everything is close enough so you don’t really need a car. The bus stops are also nearby. The place itself has everything what is needed for cooking, the washing machine is new and works fine.
The mattress was really uncomfortable. That’s one of the few cons of this apt. Also, it would really be nice to have a small table on the patio, as the view is super nice but it’s really hard to enjoy it as there’s no table/proper chairs
