Delightful off grid studio with beautiful mountain views

Beautiful property!! a wonderful setup in the mountains!! Sara was so sweet and so was dog stanley! would recommend getting there before dark as it is up in the hills!

It is a beautiful out in the woods feeling and unbelievably quiet and starry skies at night. Directions refer to "park in front of water tanks" - we could not see them but there is a old white trailer parked in front that is a good marker! A previous review had it right, it's glamping. We had no refrigerator or ice, heater was not working at first. No one responded to the intercomb (as mentioned in check-in info) by the gate. We walked down, steep but doable for just a 2 night stay and not too much luggage. Bedding was clean but stained. Comphy bed! Shower was GREAT! Adequate kitchen stuff. It is a true "away from it all" experience. Hosts did help us out on second day with fixing the heat and making arrangements to drive our "stuff" UP the steep driveway for our departure! Thank you!

The unit was clean and had everything we need. The kitchen had a propane stove and all the pans and kitchen supplies you need. The hosts shared their triple filtered spring water which we really enjoyed. There was a small refrigerator outside to store any cold items. They have a very friendly dog who loves to greet. The hill down to the unit is VERY steep but Sara met us at the top and transported us and our luggage down the hill which I really appreciated
