Welcome to Serenity at Seagrove located in the beautiful community of NatureWalk. NatureWalk backs up to Point Washington State Forest with the convenience of its close proximity to Watercolor, Seaside, and Seagrove - making this the perfect 30A location! There is a little something for everyone to enjoy - two community pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, firepits, grills, playground, volleyball, basketball and pickleball courts, and even bike/walking trails! Enjoy biking distance to WaterColor Crossing to partake of its dining and shopping options (including Publix).
Serenity at Seagrove has plenty of space for the whole family with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus a loft area with a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy quiet time on not one, but two different outdoor screened porches after enjoying a nice meal from the fully stocked kitchen. Our beach home also includes a 6 seater golf cart, 4 adult bikes, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella for guest use.

-Driveway parking for 2 vehicles
-Other parking available in designated parking areas
-No Parking along volleyball courts
-Trailers, U-Haul's, boats are NOT allowed

The property was perfect for our friend/family vacation. We were able to comfortably fit 4 adults 2 teens and 3 littles. The house is on a quiet street close enough to walk or use the golf cart to get to the community pool beach access is a short golf cart drive. Loved the stay and Erin was the best host.

We loved this house! We traveled with one other family and the house had plenty of space for us. The house is right next to the sand volleyball courts. Our toddlers loved the sand! The sheets in the house were better than other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked. Great porch to take off sandy clothes/shoes. The location was wonderful. We gained more house space, but the drive to 30A wasn’t bad. My only complaint would be the golf cart. We would have loved to know how far we could drive on a full battery(we were a little nervous of getting stranded). Lastly, our group was 4 adults and 4 kids. We really should have rented an extra golf cart. No fault to the house though, just a learning experience!
