About this apartment rental
For families, golfers, and beach lovers: This cozy beach house-style apartment is located right on the water and next to the Travemünde golf course. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea with its many ferries and sailboats that enter and leave the port of Travemünde every day.
The vacation rental is located in a quiet, well-maintained residential complex built in the Hanseatic villa style at the beginning of the Brodten Steep Coast. From here, you can set out on wonderful walks to Niendorf, enjoying panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. The public beach is located directly below the residential complex, just 50 meters away. The main beach is a 750-meter walk along the promenade.
The cozy apartment, located on the second floor, measures 51 square meters and spans two levels.
On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and the living room with a cozy dining area and a balcony from which you can watch the ships coming and going.
A small spiral staircase leads up to the attic. There are two bedrooms there, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The latter is a small, cozy nook—an interior room with skylights that branches off from the master bedroom.
This high-end furnished duplex apartment, which includes a designated parking space in a private parking lot,
accommodates up to four people. It’s a wonderful place to relax!
