Location. Clean apartment and plenty of space.
Duvet, bedding and pillows need replacing as they were inadequate. No hand-wash in the bathroom dispenser. Little changes could have made it so much better. Disturbed each morning to the sound of drilling and building work in the apartment opposite and someone in the apartment above walking around all night on the hard floors.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung modern und ausreichend. Waschmittel und Spülmaschienentabs sowie Salz und Co sind aihc vorhanden. Ebenso die Grundhygieneartikel.
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Ich store mich nicht an dem Lärm draußen bei dieser Lage, aber die Nachbarin oben drüber Luft jede Nacht von 2 bis 5 Uhr mit Stöckelschuhen durch die Wohnung, was sehr laut ist. Zudem hört man jeden Ton aus dem Flur, als ob die Leute neben einem stehen. Ohne gute Oropax bekommt man leider wenig Schlaf.

Beliggenheden og god kontakt med udlejer.
Det generede os, at vi meget tydeligt kunne høre overboen gå rundt med høje hæle i sin lejlighed meget sent om aftenen/natten samt tidligt om morgenen. Dette er uden for udlejers kontrol - men det er meget lydt, da det er en ældre ejendom.
