Tutto pulitissimo. Casa molto accogliente. Alice la proprietaria sempre molto disponibile.
Forse l'unica pecca, di notte la strada sottostante alle camere da letto un po' rumorosa.

Personalul foarte amabil, ne-a lăsat și un mic cadou în apartament când am ajuns. Camerele sunt foarte curate, mirosea a curat când am ajuns, totul este aranjat până la cel mai mic detaliu cu flori pe pat și lenjerie curată, prosoape și halate albe. Am fost foarte mulțumiți și recomand cu mare drag!

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e confortevole. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro ad alcune nostre richieste. Accesso semplicissimo grazie anche al contatto diretto. Posizione stupenda per visitare la splendida Lucca e le sue ville. Consiglio per chi ama il trekking: posizione perfetta per chi vuole partecipare alla Marcia delle Ville.
Nel bagno sarebbero utili un paio di appendini

The owner was polite and accessible. Breakfast was abundant and nicely decorated.
The place feels old, and I don't mean antique. The air-conditioner in the living room could not be used and the ones in the bedrooms definitely need to be replaced by newer models.
