Duplex vue mer avec piscine à Boulouris

Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht aufs Mittelmeer. Das Schlafzimmer liegt eine Etage höher und bietet viel Platz. Das Bett ist großzügig und sehr bequem. Deutsches Fernsehen könnte via Mediathek empfangen werden.

Das kleine Reihenhaus ist nicht barrierefrei erreichbar. Leider war keine Teekanne vorhanden.

Die Aussicht war phänomenal, da am Berg gelegen.

Die Wohnung war nur über Treppenstufen erreichbar ( über 80 Stufen ), was sehr anstrengend war. Die Parkplätze waren weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat Luft nach oben ( fehlendes Brotmesser, Kuchengabel usw. ).

The location, the view, the swimming pool were very nice. We also liked the tranquility of the area.

1. Location - the flat is in a quiet area with access from the main road. We travelled by car and used several nice beaches within 10-15 mins drive (e.g. St. Raphael, Agay) and one small nice beach right across the street from the property (5 mins walk). Cannes and St.Tropez are approx. 1 hour drive if you want to spend a day or evening there. 2. Area - the flat is located in a closed complex with only residents having access. It has a tennis court and most importantly a nice pool with a sea view! Parking spaces are outside (which is good for larger vehicles or those with roof boxes) and available at several locations around the complex. 3. Flat - we are 2 adults and 1 child and the flat was enough for us. There is a bedroom for adults and sofa bed for a child. We had everything we needed for 1 week stay. The highlight of the property is balcony - it has unbeatable view, and we really enjoyed having dinner there. 4. Good communication with the owner and property manager.
