L’appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux et très propre. L’hôte a été très claire dans ses indications.

L’emplacement un peu excentré, les parties communes assez vétustes et le prix assez élevé par rapport à l’emplacement.

Le souci de l'accueil est manifeste. Tout ce qu'il faut pour prendre un café ou une eau chaude avec petites gourmandises. L'appartement est très très propre ; tout ce qu'il faut aussi pour le maintenir avec les produits d'entretien fournis.

Quelques équipements ne fonctionnent pas ; pas gênant pour une nuit. Des petits verrous pourraient être utiles sur les portes des toilettes et de la douche.
