De o curățenie desăvârșită, apartamentul este nou și cu gust mobilat și dotat. Există parcare în fața proprietății. Faptul că nu se fumează și că nu primesc animale de companie arată că țin la el.

Canapeaua din living ar trebui înlocuită cu una mai mare și confortabilă.Locatia e nouă dar persistă un miros de mucegai,,aer inchis.
