Needed emergency accommodation, they delivered on time for a senior citizen and a child. Thank you very much for entertaining them past check in hour, they had issues in sleeping at the nearby hospital and the senior citizen needs a lot of rest.

Difficult to find. Hopefully, this place will be popular enough for riders to find easily next time

Water was weak in the bathrooms.

— Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; in 2 bedrooms, AC and electric fans were provided. The other room had no AC but an electric fan was provided. — It has a living room and dining table

— Scent of insecticide spray in bathrooms very strong to the point that it affected my husband’s breathing every morning — Low water pressure in bathrooms from sink and shower 🚿 . Owner, Chris, did provide an explanation as to why it was that way, but having low water pressure is a turn off for many of us, so we only took 1 good shower from the 4 nights we stayed here! — Miscommunication regarding pickup time of laundry and correcting the mistake with a gift of fresh bananas (this actually does not affect the property but rather the interaction between us, guests, and owner, or in this case, his representative, Lisa). — The neighbor’s dog kept switching from barking and yelping to the point that it triggered my brother-in-law’s PTSD! The noise really bothered bro-in-law’s PTSD, and Chris’s neighbours, unfortunately, are not considerate as they did not do anything to make the dog stop barking and yelping. Chris’s neighbours were out talking and drinking on Saturday night until 12am. Sunday night, there were a group of guys talking about “a game not being done yet”, so they were out drinking and talking again. Monday night, Chris’s neighbour played Filipino rap music in full blast until freaking 11pm — how much rude can a person get?
