The property is extremely well cared for and in a good location. The kitchen is stocked well with all the utensils. The property is clean.
The bathrooms need to have bath mats outside the shower door and wash basins. The pool table is very worn out in the kitchen.

An outside blind or yawing would help to shade the outside sitting area from the evening sun.

The house is poorly laid out with the entry looking like a construction site. The yard is poorly maintained and the house hold is equipped with what is probably the throw outs from someone’s house hold. There are no cupboards to hang anything in any of the bedrooms and the pool table and lounge furniture have seen better days. The location is fine but a walk into town. It is quiet location.
