La proximité, la taille du logement, l’emplacement de celui-ci et les équipements général
Le cumulus d’eau est un peu petit pour cinq personnes, il y a toujours une personne, voire deux qui finit avec de l’eau froide… cabine de douche, un peu fragile se déboîte très vite. Concernant la propreté en général, c’était propre, mais gros hic sur la poussière, surtout sur les plafonnier

Destul de aproape de mare
Ventilatoarele după tavan foarte murdare, ușile se închid greu sau nu se închid deloc, nu este mașină de spălat haine cum e specificat in descriere, nici fier de călcat haine nu este, in loc de uscător de haine sunt doar niște ate pe balcon de unde curge apa la vecinul, un hol lung îngust și intunecos până ajungi in bucătărie, casa scării foarte îngustă, clădire veche neizolata fonic. Un singur pat confortabil, restul de doare spatele de ele, într-un dormitor nu este aer condiționat etc.
