Central location in a quiet tucked away street, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Staff was nice and spoke English, present on site 24/7, cleaning staff was very kind.
Room was quiet, had everything we needed, bed was okay, bathroom was big.
No AC but a Dyson fan and a ceiling fan that really cooled down the room AND were silent.
Barn frosted glass door for the bathroom, hope you know your partner well.
Bathroom could use a bit of deep scrubbing, the shower floor looked dirty.
Dust on the walls above the bed, needs a swiffer.
Couldn't dim the bedside lights, they really are bright.

Location, location!!!
Staff were lovely
Heat wave when we stayed so extremely hot in the room, we had 3 fan’s going.

The location of the hotel and the room size were excellent. My husband was unwell during the trip and the help provided by the staff was greatly appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly. We also really liked the decor of the room.
The hotel was also in an excellent location and everywhere was very walkable, there were also multiple tram locations nearby.

Great central location. Reception staff were welcoming, and giving you good informative points on transport links, neighbourhoods types, activities etc...with map locations.
Room and bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable.
No air conditioning facilities, which is a massive disadvantage in hot weather (>35C). Only ceiling and mobile fans available, which did not cooled the room down. Room was very hot and made it very difficult to sleep. Host says that they do not have air conditioning due to sustainability. We cut our stay short by one night due to this issue unfortunately.
