Good location - right in the old town. The staff were all so helpful and kind . It was clean and comfortable and had 24/7 concierge so it was very secure.
The shower cubicle and the separate toilet were really small and a bit difficult to move around in if you wanted total privacy with doors shut! Otherwise it was all great…

Great central location. Reception staff were welcoming, and giving you good informative points on transport links, neighbourhoods types, activities etc...with map locations.
Room and bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable.
No air conditioning facilities, which is a massive disadvantage in hot weather (>35C). Only ceiling and mobile fans available, which did not cooled the room down. Room was very hot and made it very difficult to sleep. Host says that they do not have air conditioning due to sustainability. We cut our stay short by one night due to this issue unfortunately.
