Park Boutique Hotel Bük - Bükfürdő

Location was perfect, peaceful, hotel is modern and rooms are big snd comfortable. Bed was cosy, TV directly infront of the bed was practical. So was the balcony.

Breakfasts. We actually made reservation of this hotel based on comments that meals in this hotel are good. This was only true for dinners, but also dinner was menu type and not classic buffet that we expected and as it was on pictures. But breakfasts were really terrible. There was just so little to choose from, no hot milk for cereals, no coffee machine (you do get coffee though if you order it at desk management), only 1 type of bread (but it was fresh). On one occasion we were left only with leftovers of eggs which weren’t refilled, bread was missing and not refilled, etc.. we don’t have high standards but it was below of what we are used to when traveling couple of times in a year for 12 years. I guess it’s a matter of staff - they should take care of the refillings, etc..

Everything was okay. Staff had problem with English, but we finally made it :) Hotel restaurant is excellent. Really like it. We had not enough time to try welness and spa in the town. Next time...

Very big room fully equipped and with a balcony. You don't get that very ofte. Very good selection of food. Something for everyone. Even though the restaurant was not full but the buffet was refilled regularly.

The staff had some issues with card teminal and I had to wait for over an hour to get it up and running. It would be helpfull if someone at the hotel would speak English, because it was a bit difficult to communicate.

Good little kitchenette and sofa in the room. Spacious for a hotel room.

It was all good.
