Peaceful Waterfront 3-bedroom home with pool

The location of the house is nice - easy to access and the neighborhood was very quiet. The pool space was great but unfortunately the heat did not seem to be working in the pool. The host tried to work with us to get the heater working but it appeared there was an issue as it never got warm. We were there in late March so heat was needed to really enjoy the pool. The pool table and dart board were a big hit. The host was very easy to reach and communicated easily with us.

Comfortable, well located property. Pool and canal are nice amenities. Host was very accommodating.

Everything was wonderful here!!! The house is in a beautiful location and you can’t beat having the pool on the lagoon!! The host was also amazing!!!! My daughter stayed here with her boyfriend for her birthday. The hostess said if she would like she could check in earlier then the 4pm check in as the house was ready. She didn’t check in early but what a nice gesture! Also she was checking out on Monday, March 4th. Her birthday was Sunday the 3rd and they were having a wonderful day until he fell and shattered his wrist. They were in the ER from 3pm until 9:30 and he was in a lot of pain. My daughter called the host and told her of the situation and asked her if need be could she check out an hour or 2 later bc she had to take care of her bf and pack and clean by herself. The host was SO ACCOMMODATING!!! She said there was no problem with that. My daughter wound up leaving on time but this host was so nice!!! Looking for a nice tranquil place to stay in Cape Coral? Look no further!!!

Inside the house was fineThe pool areas was not very clean either was the pool and it is not heated which the listing says and listing also says hot tub which there is not one. We had a good time though.
