Dear holidaymakers, welcome to our secure family villa, located in the heart of a quiet residential area, near the old village of Le Crès.
Thanks to the tram, just 150m from the house, will allow you to reach Montpellier in 15min and, by car, the beaches are 20 min away, You can also get to the beaches using the tram, which also serves this area.
The villa has an ideal location: a 5-minute walk from the Lac du Crès, where you can enjoy swimming, games and outdoor activities, as well as the Agora for shows and cultural events. You will also be close to shops, leisure and nature
