About this villa rental
Wonderfully situated for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just 200 meters from the sea - Praia da Falésia and just 30 minutes from Faro Airport. It features air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV (MEO). Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, mixer, blender, toaster, juicer, and of course all kitchen utensils. The house has a large outdoor space with a private condominium garden and a barbecue.
There is a private parking space for one vehicle in front of the villa.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax to travelers. For stays between April 1st and October 31st (2 euros per day up to a maximum of 7 days), the tax is payable at check-in and is not included in the accommodation price booked online.
We offer a transfer service from Faro Airport to the Villa and from the Villa to the airport. (40 euros)

The property was in a quiet neighborhood, non-touristy. The location was very near the beach with lots of trails along the cliff top. There was a supermarket within walking distance, also a restaurant and a coffee shop. The locals were very friendly.

The highlight, of course, is the short distance to one of the best beach spots between Faro and Albufeira. A 5 minute walk one should do as often as possible. The cliffs and the beach are amazing.
The house has been very clean and we didn't miss anything. You will find everything you need for cooking and you can enjoy the small balcony on the first floor as well as the garden. In February it might get cold in the evening/night but the heating system works fine in the living area as well as in the bed room. There is enough space to store your personal belongings and clothes.
It's a really good place to spend some time, especially in the "quiet season".
