This place is a true paradise. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and an escape from the noise of the city, you’ll fall in love with it instantly. The house is located in a secluded village along the shore of a vast bay with crystal-clear water.
If you have a SUP board – bring it! We spent hours paddling across the bay and it was pure joy, no matter the weather.
There are two lovely taverns nearby – both serve delicious food, but Ο Θαλασσόλιθος is our favorite, as it’s located right by the water. There are no shops in the immediate area, so you’ll need a car for groceries, but the local stores offer fresh, regional products that are absolutely worth it.
The house itself is a gem – a beautifully renovated former olive oil factory, with its original character perfectly preserved. The stone elements give the place a unique charm. The garden is wonderfully peaceful, and the proximity of the sea and the private pool makes it a perfect spot to relax any time of day.
Inside, everything you need is provided – the kitchen is fully equipped (except for a large knife – luckily, we had our own), and the bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and fresh linens. The bathroom, also finished with stone, is small but charming and functional – even for someone like me at 2 meters tall.
There are three air conditioners placed in the living room and bedrooms, making it easy to keep the house cool even in the summer heat – although during our August stay, we mostly used just one.
The staff are simply wonderful – Angelica and the ladies who keep everything spotless are incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel completely at home.
The parking area under the olive trees is also a great touch, keeping the car shaded throughout the day.
We spent two unforgettable weeks here and honestly have nothing to complain about. It’s a truly magical place, and we’re already longing to return.
There was no large knife, for example for cutting bread. Luckily, I had my own.

Sejur de 10 nopți foarte plăcut! Locația este curată, modernă și liniștită, perfectă pentru relaxare departe de aglomerație. Acces direct pe plajă și două taverne autentice în apropiere, cu mâncare excelentă. Plaja amenajată cea mai apropiată este la 10 minute cu mașina, iar supermarketul la 10 km. Personalul a fost foarte amabil. În plus, Volos e la o oră, iar plajele din Mama Mia la aproximativ 1h45.

We had a wonderful stay at Lichnos Luxury Suites. The facilities are new, modern, and very well maintained. The garden and pool area feel like a beautiful little oasis — perfect for relaxing throughout the day. Being right on the beach is a real highlight; it’s ideal for a peaceful early morning or late afternoon swim. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and serene — perfect for a restful break.
The bed mattress was a bit firm for our taste, though that may come down to personal preference. Also, the patio could really benefit from more lighting — it felt too dark to comfortably enjoy a meal or drinks outside in the evening.
The location is remote, which is perfect if you’re looking to disconnect and relax. But if you’re seeking a bit more buzz or nightlife, you’ll need to travel about an hour

The Studio apartment was really lovely, clean & modern. Comfortable bed. Ms Angelika was a wonderful host, very informative & friendly.
Beautiful location with pool & direct access to the sea. We had a lovely relaxing time here away from everything.
The only thing the apartment was missing was a kettle, it did have a coffee machine & pans to boil water, but a kettle would have been ideal.
