URBAN HOME- A Homely 1BHK Apartment

This is a well appointed, well maintained apartment in a mostly calm neighbourhood. The walls are spotless, the floors and bath are thoroughly cleaned, and visible effort has been spent in potting and planting greenery all across the property. The focus in creating a "good vibe" with posters and tiling is appreciated. An eclectic furniture range offers several options for the guest. The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove and enough vessels to get by. A small but relevant book collection needs mention. Two balcony spaces might have been more useful if the next buildings weren't just metres away!

Small Issues: Tardy communication early on. Cleaned apartment was ready only at 2pm! Kitchen utensils were not well cleaned. Issue with linen was resolved satisfactorily - but late.

Overall, I had a great experience with the urban home; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday or weekend. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Guwahati.

It's a really nice and hygienic homestay near the GS road and all the major places are nearby. The place is also very spacious and has ample parking space. Bike rental service is also available, which was really helpful for me.
