Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt von Werningerode. Rundum gibt es sehr gute Speiselokale und der PKW konnte gebührenfrei direkt am Haus stehen. In Fußnähe ist eine hervorragende Bäckerei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Wohnküche ist gemütlich eingerichtet. 2 Bäder mit jew. 1 Dusche sind nochmal positiv zu erwähnen.
Eines der Bäder ist im EG, die Schlafzimmer sind alle im OG und im OOG. Die Treppen sind beim Begehen relativ laut. In den Bädern könnte der ein oder andere Haken angebracht werden.

Alles in allem gut. Am einigen Stellen müsste nachgebessert werden zB die offene Heizung im Eingangsbereich oder Silikonfugen erneuern im Haus sowie Dusche(n).

Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Betten sehr bequem und ganz hilfsbereites Personal. Selbst nach unserem Aufenthalt wurde uns etwas kostenfrei zugeschickt, da wir es in der Wohnung vergessen hatten. Wirklich einfach nur gut, vielen Dank!
Uns hat ein schöner Aufenthaltsraum als Wohnzimmer gefehlt. Oben gibt es einen kleinen Bereich, aber für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein.
