The apartment is exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, immaculate, and everything you needed in an apartment (every utensil etc).
The view was beautiful looking over Estepona.
The complex again is immaculate and the pool areas and facilities are lovely.
The Pool bar serviced lovely drinks and nice food.
Wonderful complex.
Unfortunately, the next phase for construction is being done, which is right in front of the apartment.
The works started at 07.00am and finished at 7pm. They did finish at 1.30pm on the Friday and didn't work weekends. It didn't bother us too much as we were out mainly in the daytime so overall not too much disruption.

Wow! Property is situated within a gated private complex. It is up in the hills so the views are outstanding. The complex itself including pool are 5 stars, immaculately clean throughout & a real modern luxury feel to it. Our apartment was outstanding. Parking directly underneath is in a locked garage.

Foto’s gelijk aan de werkelijke situatie. Zag er mooi uit. Duidelijke uitleg ook over entree etc. Parkeergarage onder appartement.
Overlast bouw tegenover appartement. Van 7.00 tot 19.00 uur, behalve op zondag.
