Well appointed house, very comfortable for a big crowd.
The location suited us perfectly, also great for any army related visitors.
Quiet neighbourhood.
Owners are very helpful
Good spot for walks along the rivers and if you have the energy, up the hill. Plus easy access to bike trails
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.
All other bedding and facilities were great.

Had a fantastic stay, plenty of room for a large group with a well equipped kitchen and and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Free internet and the outdoor fire area were a bonus. Also loved being so close to Huon hill, how responsive our host was and just the small things like setting up the couch as a bed on our behalf before our arrival!
Some extra seating outdoors would have been fantastic and extra blankets would be an addition. I think it would be more accurate to advertise there being 1 couch bed instead of 2 as I wouldn't have considered the couch in the main living area as being a bed. :)) it could be very easily slept on but i think this would help manage expectaions. Realistically, no complaints!! Thanks Ben for a wondeful stay!!

Location for us was great
Would have had a better look if weeds were pulled out around house.
Ironed sheet on bed would have been good they did not match.
Clean rubbish bin in kitchen would have been nice.
And lot of bugs about.
