About this house rental
My wife Johanna & I are moving about 20 minutes away to be closer to family. This has been our home since 2018 and has blessed us with many memories. Hopefully, your family will be blessed too!
The location has quick access to Katy, the Energy Corridor, and Houston via I-10, and is situated between I-99/Grand Parkway, I-8/Beltway 8, and Highway 6.
It's a perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway, visiting for business, or if visiting someone in the many nearby hospitals.
Please note: large parties are prohibited by the HOA and will result in the termination of your rental agreement and your immediate eviction without refund.
Nest camera incorporated into front doorbell, in front yard, over the HVAC/Gas Line/Pool Filter equipment, and in back garage area where cars are parked (inside garage is off limits to guests).
All cameras are for safety of our guests and property.
There are NO cameras inside or with a view of the backyard or pool.

My family of 12 had a great time for the 4th of July. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Beds could be more comfy but we made it work. Loved that it had 5 bedrooms enough for everyone. Would book again!

We rented this home for a weekend family reunion because of the location and the pool. Both were perfect. The house had 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. It met our needs and we had a great time, but the house is very worn and needs some love. The furniture was very minimal and bare bones, but we had a place to sleep so I can't really complain. Kitchen supplies were very limited, but we didn't cook a meal, so that was ok with us too. There was a toddler bed, crib and other baby stuff which we didn't need, but would be nice for a family with a baby. Best part was the pool which was very clean and refreshing with lots of floaties. We would stay here again because of the location, pool and number of beds.
