About this apartment rental
Apartment Les Monts du Soleil with balcony and breathtaking view.
4 people - 1 bedroom - 2nd floor with elevator. Private ski room on the first floor.
Fully equipped accommodation at the foot of the slopes and close to amenities. (Shops, tourist office, ESF, ski lifts...)
Television, raclette set, coffee makers, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board...
Located at an altitude of 1500 m in the Hautes Alpes, in the heart of the Dévoluy region renowned for its ski resorts (100 km of slopes) this apartment is ideal both in winter (snow front, same ski area as Super Dévoluy, dog sledding, cross-country skiing...) and in summer, for family holidays (leisure center with outdoor swimming pool, mini golf, tree climbing, tennis, ping-pong, bike park, downhill mountain biking...).
Living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 people).
Bathroom with bath and toilet (washing machine and hairdryer).
1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140.
Fully equipped kitchenette: 2-burner hot plate, microwave, coffee makers, dishwasher, toaster, grill oven, raclette machine, waffle iron...
Balcony with table and chairs.

A stone's throw from O'dycéa, Les Bains du Dévoluy: a new wellness centre that welcomes you with its 2 spaces!
The train station is 25 km away and then there is a bus link (bus stop 50m from the residence).
Options & Services:
A referent will welcome you and can give you all the information you need.
Arrival in the morning by appointment and departure in the afternoon by appointment.
Possibility of linen rental, sheet rental, cleaning package, childcare equipment rental, summer equipment rental...
Cleaning fee or cleaning at the expense of the tenant.
Mandatory cleaning deposit cheque: €120 (will be returned after the exit inventory with the concierge service).
For reservations: you can make me a 30% deposit transfer or PayPal and I will send you a rental contract. The balance due will be paid 30 days before the start of the rental. Free cancellation up to 15 days before then retention of the deposit for cancellations after the deadline.
