Can Fussimany is a late Renaissance manor house. Built in 1618, it is a true piece of Mallorcan history.
Located right in the heart of Deia.

Ca’n Fussimany is located at the top of Deià’s historic center, one of the most exclusive areas on the island. It overlooks the old part of the town with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop, while at the rear, it is backed by and sheltered from the tall mountains that descend majestically from the peak of “Teix.”
On the main floor, there is a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art Neff appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The restoration has preserved the character of the traditional Mallorcan kitchen.
On the first floor, there is a library with a spacious work table and a large living room with a fireplace and ocean views. Wi-Fi is available inside the house and on the terraces closest to the building.
There are 4 bedrooms in total: three with double beds and access to a terrace, and one with two single beds. All have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and heating. Two of the bathrooms have both a shower and a bathtub. The house also offers an additional bathroom on the first floor with a sink and toilet.
