Sobe pri Roži

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable amenities and walk from caves.

The location was perfect for Postojna cave and the castle, we could have walked to the cave had we wished to. There was ample secure parking. We were met by the very friendly host on arrival, after email confirmation of our arrival time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with extra bedding provided if required, although we had no need to use it. Although we booked on a room only basis we found the room had a fridge, table and chairs and the lovely host provided cookies, coffee maker, home made lemonade and wine and water in the fridge which was very welcome. The host provided a station with hot drinks, snacks including biscuits, porridge etc cutlery, crockery and a microwave for use of guests free of charge in the area outside our room. This was unexpected, but lovely! We were also welcome to use the garden had we wished to do so.

Everything was lovely.

Rozi was a wonderful host. Everything you need for an overnight stay was provided with care. The coffee and coffee maker was fantastic. So were the cookies and lemonade!

Perfect location for our visits! The friendliest hostess ever who made us feel at home
