L'appartement est spacieux, situé à l'étage de la maison du propriétaire, dans une zone pavillonnaire calme. L'appartement à sa propre entrée et il y a de l'espace pour se garer devant. Deux grandes chambres avec des rangements. Pour ceux qui recherchent l'expérience au plus près de la vie des guadeloupéens, je recommande, mais pour ceux qui souhaitent un style de vie plus citadin, orientez votre recherche vers autre chose.
Il y a de la climatisation uniquement dans les chambres donc lorsqu'on est dans la pièce à vivre il fait chaud très vite. La cuisine est à l'extérieure ce qui oblige à laisser le volet ouvert lorsque qu'on cuisine et le soir cela attire les insectes rapidement. Le réseau d'eau est relié à la citerne du propriétaire, ce qui implique de devoir limiter notre propre consommation. (Ne pas pouvoir prendre plusieurs douches par jour). L'appartement est situé dans les grands fonds, soit à 15-20 min de toute ville.
