Struttura abbastanza semplice, in un contesto non particolarmente incantevole. Nota positiva per la signora Adele, molto gentile e disponibile.
La vista mare è discreta, ma niente di eccezionale. La privacy è nella media, perché il posto non è molto isolato e i rumori si sentono facilmente. Gli spazi esterni, secondo me, avrebbero bisogno di essere ripensati. Brutta davvero la situazione del primo piano diroccato che sovrasta la struttura
