Flateli Santa Clara 02

The place was very clean, well equipped and excellently located. The furnishings were pretty and the balcony was a plus. Good water pressure and the AC worked well.

The was only two single beds pushed together, not a double bed.

Second time staying here so obviously like it. Really good location and a nice sized and cute apartment with everything you’ll need.

The lack of daylight in the back of the apartment, but that can’t be helped and we were out all the time anyway

Muy céntrico, nos fue fácil movilizarnos sin necesidad de tomar algún medio de transporte. Al rededor hay muchas tiendas . El departamento era espacioso y muy cómodo . No tuvimos ningún problema.

Location. Main room in flat was nice. View nice from window over courtyard street. Smart TV.

No lift so be aware if you need one. Lots of steep stone stairs. Basic bathroom with sink outside the room. The world highest toilet. Why? I could swing my legs and I'm 5:10!! Flateli the letting company are an absolute shambles. No communication. Pick keys up from a local hotel. They gave us the keys to someone else's flat. Not their fault. Let ourselves in the find people already staying there. Massive security risk. Had to go all the way back to get the right keys. They or booking.com got hacked so received 100's of emails or whatsapp asking for bank details. Nightmare to deal with.
