It is a very nice house, the host is always prompt to help you with any question or need. The bed is very comfortable, It is definitely the perfect house for a family with two or three kids. It has all the amenities you would think of, a coffee maker, pots and pans, toys, a crib, a high chair, a laundry room, etc. The house is brand new and spotless and very well decorated. The area is very safe as well.
The backyard needs some chairs and some greenery. A car is a must in Rio Rancho because is not walkable
