Que es amplio, la ubicación y que tenga plaza de parking
Pasamos un pelín de frío porque no podíamos regular la calefacción y, aunque en general estaba limpio, vi algunas cosas sucias que eran desagradables (pelos en los azulejos del baño, pelos en los cajones de los vasos...)

La ubicación está a media hora del centro andando pero porque es todo Cuesta, pero la zona tienia bares, heladería y supermercados muy cerca. El apartamento estaba muy limpió y tal como aparecen las fotos
Lo peor es que tiene aparcamiento incluido pero no pudimos utilizarlo ya que es el pasillo de acceso tan estrecho que era imposible utilizarlo sin dañar el vehículo, es estrecho y en cuesta imposible de usar. Tb me pareció incomodo que unos de los baños no estuviera en la habitación principal de matrimonio, y más cuando era un piso muy grande q había mucho que recorrer para el baño más cercano.

En general el piso bien pero el baño de la habitación principal estaba cerrado y en cambio te tenias que ir al otro más alejado. Algunas partes de la casa mal cuidadas. La puerta de entrada fallaba. Lo peor, el último día sin avisar entran a la habitación diciendo que hay que dejarla que han cambiado las normas y en vez de las 12 hay q dejarla a las 11. Eso me ha parecido lo peor
El que no avisen que las condiciones han cambiado y entren sin avisar.
