Newly renovated property in an unbeatable location. The Ross Retreat is a 2BR, 2BA condo ideally situated on the 18th hole of Pinehurst #3. Updates include new paint, furniture, bedding, and decor that gives a subtle "tip of the cap" to the history of Pinehurst and Donald Ross.
Floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire back wall of the condo let in an abundance of natural light and allow for amazing views! Enjoy soaking up the sun and beauty of the pines from the back deck. You'll be able to watch players hit their approach shots into 18th green of course No. 3.
This property's proximity to the 9 legendary Pinehurst resort courses is a major plus! Golf Terrace is a five-minute walk to The Cradle, less than a 10-minute walk to the main clubhouse, and just over a 20-minute walk to the Village of Pinehurst.
Pro Pinehurst Tip: The Cradle par 3 and Thistle Dhu putting course are a must-do when visiting! The short walk from this listing makes it easy for guests to enjoy both. Also, the close proximity to The Deuce is another highlight. Allowing patrons to enjoy a beverage and small bite from the patio rocking chairs while watching golfers finish their round on famed Pinehurst No. 2.
The Golf Terrace Condo Community is the smallest of all the communities, making this property super easy to find. There are only 24 units within this HOA, and only four 2-bedroom units are available for rent. Between the exclusivity, location, and updates, there is not a better place to stay while visiting Pinehurst.
All furnishings were purchased new in July 2022 with sleeping for up to 5 people. Each bedroom has two full-size beds, and the living room includes a queen sofa bed. All towels and linens are provided.
The master bedroom is complete with a private bathroom and spacious tub/shower, while the guest bedroom has an adjacent bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay. You will appreciate all our condo has to offer with easy access to all of Pinehurst. Make yourself at home at the cradle of American golf!
When booking your stay, please let us know the number of guests (up to 5) and let us know if additional guests are added later (HOA rules, plus we need to know in case of an emergency). Provisions will be provided based on the number of guests.
Entry into the home is via a digital keypad, which will lock after an extended amount of time, so be careful not to lock yourself out. Please keep this in mind during your stay. It might be worth saving the welcome email in your notes.
