Everything in town is a rock's throw away when you stay at this centrally-located place. It's the perfect spot for extended stays, whether you are relocating with your family or coming to town for business with co-workers. With 3(.5) bedrooms and 3 bathrooms everyone will have their privacy. There is plenty of gated parking space and even a laundry room.
Please note that the garage has been converted into a studio to accommodate other guests along with a guest house structure in the back of the house.

I rented the property for for 30 days . The property was as described and the pictures matched the house. I personally liked the location and it accessibility to everything I needed. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to the strip. You definitely need a car as the walk ability is zero.
Jason was the host and meted me at the property upon my arrival. I had no issues with the place and everything is described and delivered as promised. The neighborhood was quiet all though not the most visibly pleasing as it is in an older section of housing in Las Vegas … I had no issues or concerns with the neighbors …
The place was accommodating for our needs with 3+ bedrooms 2.5 baths …
Jason was an excellent host and I would certainly rent this property again should the need arise for me to return to Vegas …

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our family. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly property in Vegas. Jason was a great communicator and went above & beyond for us. Any time we needed something, he accommodated us and made our stay enjoyable. If we need an VRBO again, we will be contacting Jason about his property.
