Perfect Place for a Couple!

Perfect Place for a Couple!

We loved the apartment. It is clean and has everything you need. Shower was excellent. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location is a 10 minute walk to town (or 15 minutes if you want to walk along the picturesque beach). Veronique was very accomodating with easy check-in and great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. This was a great base to explore, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan and Port De Doelan. Great off-street parking. I highly recommend Ilôt Bateau!

This apartment was without fault. It was spotlessly clean. It is 10 mins walk from the centre-ville and 2 mins walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here.

We had a fantastic week in this apartment, it is spotlessly clean and has all a well equipped kitchen , great bathroom with walk in shower and lovely balcony. It’s in a really quiet area 3 mins walk from the sea and sandy little coves, There is parking for your car and the doors have a security tag to let you into the parking area and the building it self. The owners met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around and explain the apartment, they are both very friendly and very helpful. They left a bottle of French cidre in the fridge for us and some French gallette Buscuits, which was a nice gesture. Would recommend this appartment for a stay in Concarneau and it’s very friendly owners Veronique and Patric.!

Wonderful owners who generously helped us become completely at home. Le musee de la peche was very interesting and the L’Amiral restaurant was a reasonable splurge. The best part of our stay was the outgoing people and the seafood. I would highly recommend 3-5 days at this lovely tesidential setting which is verynear la ville close.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Urlauberherz benötigt. Für uns war der wichtigste Aufenthaltsort der Balkon! In der vorbeiführenden Straße ist kaum Verkehr und die weiteren Bewohner des Hauses sind so leise, dass wir manchmal dachten, wir seien die einzigen. Äußerst praktisch ist der Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Wenn man auf die Straße geht, sieht man direkt das Meer, welches man nach 2 Minuten erreicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation bezgl. der Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit großer Freude dort verweilen wollen. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und danken Veronique und ihrem Ehemann und freuen uns sie und die Wohnung kennengelernt zu haben.

Séjour d'une petite semaine fin mai 2022. Appartement bien situé, en ville dans une rue peu passante, à deux minutes à pied de la petite plage du Mine. Au 1er étage dans un petit immeuble récent avec ascenseur, très bien tenu, sécurisé, incluant le stationnement privé extérieur. Logement confortable, lumineux, balcon, avec tout le nécessaire et plus pour la cuisine. Salle de bain de bonne dimension avec miroirs comme d'ailleurs dans toutes les autres pièces. Tout fonctionnel. Excellent accueil de Virginie Philippe et de son mari, généreux en explications et conseils. Merci pour leur patience à avoir de nos nouvelles avant notre arrivée, ayant eu un problème de téléphone portable à notre arrivée en France. Michel et Claire, Québec

Agréable accueil des propriétaires. L'appartement est en tous points conforme à la description. Très bien agencé malgré une taille modeste les pièces sont suffisamment vastes notamment cuisine et salle de bain. La balcon, même si on ne voit pas la mer, est abrité. La propreté est impeccable. L'environnement est calme aussi. Bref en toute confiance pour un séjour plaisant.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, douillet et disposant d'une terrasse très agréable, idéalement situé à Concarneau ! La mer est à littéralement 1min à pied, parfait pour se ressourcer ! L'endroit est un bon point de départ pour découvrir le Finistère et ses merveilles. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons !

Wir haben 2 Wochen zu Zweit in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles war perfekt: Der Standort ist ruhig, aber alles ist schnell erreichbar, sogar der sehr schöne und durch die Gezeiten abwechslungsreiche Strand ist fußläufig. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist mit allem reichlich und in perfektem Zustand ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Auch mit dem Corona-Thema ist sie sorgfältig und verantwortungsvoll umgegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Wir hatten bereits letztes Jahr in derselben Straße ein Haus. Die Gegend ist super und liegt nahe der "Ville Close". Daher waren wir froh eine Wohnung in derselben Straße gefunden zu haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, toll ausgestattet und wir konnten jeden morgen auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Veronique war super freundlich und flexibel was check in und check out betraf. Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns in der sehr schönen, neu erbauten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, der kleine Strand in nur 5 Minuten. Schön ist auch der eigene Parkplatz hinter dem Haus und der Lift, der den Transport des Gepäcks sehr erleichtert. Die Vermieterin Véronique ist unkompliziert zu erreichen und stand uns bei Ankunft gleich mit allerhand Tips und Ausflugsideen zur Seite. Danke schön auch für die nette Geste mit Cidre und Keksen zum Einstand!
