The pictures are misleading the room I got was so run down and not the one that I seen in pictures. I paid more than *** for 8 days in Taiwan. I thought I was gonna get a somewhat decent stay. I know it’s a two star hotel but the price is outrageous. Later I’d found 4 star hotels in Taiwan for far less and some the same. They don’t even provide the simple toiletries such as a toothbrush. The door to the room had a big opening at bottom so anything small could chew though if it wanted.The area outside was convenient though and the train station is like a 10 second walk. All in all I enjoyed everything else in Taiwan but that hotel is by far the worst i ever been too. Nice receptionist though.

We stayed in a tatami-style room.. it was a bit small, but very comfortable and cozy. The price is fair and justifiable for what’s offered. The only thing worth mentioning is that the carpet at the entrance could use some attention in terms of hygiene. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

The hotel is at the top of a building. There is a bakery on the ground floor. There is a night market near by. There is also a metro station in this neighborhood (takes 2 minutes to get to the hotel from the station.)
We did not really enjoy the breakfast but it does the job. It consists in a sandwich and a tea or coffee served in a plastic bag.
Staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
