I love the house in general and the system they have. Everything is so well thought out and makes things very easy for guests. The room was super clean and warm, with an excellent bed and pillows, a great shower, and a towel warmer that I absolutely loved. I really like that it feels like a home rather than a hostel. The owner and Maria are both super easygoing and make you feel very welcome, while also giving you great tips to enjoy Puerto Natales. There’s a coffee machine with unlimited coffee and non-stop sweets. Everything about this place is so well planned and thoughtfully done. Exceptional experience overall!

Loved our stay here, very comfortable. The rooms were always lovely and warm which was very welcome as it was freezing outside. Everywhere was spotless, staff were friendly, $15 to do laundry on site, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, no complaints whatsoever. Location is right in the middle of town and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main square. Highly recommend

Comfortable bed.
Breakfast is very limited for high price and it is self service. Heating in my room didn't work but they were OK and offered to change the room.
