The house is very calm and clean, perfect for a good night sleep. It's located very close to the main attractions but in a quiet area. The house it's well equiped with all necessary ammenities. The owner is very friendly.

This was the most comfortable stay in Gyumri, the house is huge and astoundingly quiet, lovely room with an amazing view of Aragats mountain. We loved staying at this place, thank you

They lady that runs it is very sweet and nice 7 out of 10 just her
i did not like the bed it was like sleeping on jelly so not in my taste and then i could not use the bathroom cause someone were using it for a very long time in the morning. And she expected me to wear slippers but only had some old hotel slippers available then i would rather walk around in socks or at least i hope those slippers were washed. these are minor things so i only write them for improvement other than that i was satisfied with my stay
