A bit difficult to open the key box but maybe this is just me :D

C’était correct et propre. Communication aisée. Le petit balcon avec la vue sur Lycabette.
La key box est posée trop haute. De nuit, pas d’éclairage, il est difficile de faire les bons chiffres en tenant en même temps son iPhone pour éclairer à bout de bras. Franchement pas évident quand on voyage seule. La porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, heureusement le balcon étant au 4e étage c’est pas trop stressant.

I like the supplies that came with the property, and I appreciated the communication from staff.
We found cockroaches in the apartment. The towels given to us were clean, but damp, and never fully dried which was gross. The shower does not have a great set up, so water would spray all over the bathroom every time we showered.
