Uma boa localização, situado na Barra Sul. Para passeios no centro e barra norte, utilizamos Uber. O apartamento tem uma vista lateral para o mar e para o morro dos bondinhos do Unipraias, que é legal.
Os dois banheiros são apertados na área do chuveiro.

Localização!
Péssima limpeza. Roupas de cama rasgadas, cobertas sem lavar, móveis empoeirados, piso sujo. Itens de cozinha, mal tinha facas. Coisas velhas.
