Great location in the middle of Val Claret. Not quite ski in ski out, but close. Obviously pretty small but fine for one or two people. Facilities are good. 5th floor, but there is a lift and a ski locker on the ground floor too. Nice bathroom too with a heater to dry out kit.
It was -12C when i arrived and it was bit cold in the appartment. Temperatures rose during the week but it was generally on the cool side. There is a radiator, but it doesnt really get that warm. It is also opposite a bar which gets going around 10 pm and keeps going until about 2 am. Noise is acceptable but if you are very noise sensitive this might be an issue.
