Local bom e agradável! Tem uma pequena cozinha que fica disponível para os hóspedes. Apartamento muito limpo e mais distante do centro de Canoa, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada, pois estávamos de carro.

Quarto espaçoso, cama extremamente confortável, bom jogo de cama/travesseiros, perto da Broadway, do acesso à praia, e da Vila Estevão. Cozinha bem equipada. A proprietária é extremamente simpática também, e o fato de ter água disponível é de louvar (e dar inveja a hotéis 5 estrelas do estado que não disponibilizam nem uma garrafinha na entrada).
Felizmente tinha estacionamento, mas o acesso de entrada/saída com o veículo era um pouquinho complicado na rua de acesso à pousada.
