CAPISTRANO PLAYA 712 MENYBER

Love the location, have stayed around Chimenea before but never within Capistrano Playa. Apartment has a great view and is not immediately overlooked. All terraces are close in this development so people are always near, but we felt the terrace was quite private. Kitchen well equipped for two people. Wi-fi was great (although it took us a while to find it), bed very comfortable. Air Con worked fine, just had to remember to use the timer for the bedroom unit. Bathroom fine for two. The apartment has two bedrooms but would only recommend 2nd one for very small children or a group of four that travels very light, as the there is only one wardrobe and a couple of storage drawers under the single beds in the 2nd bedroom. We found it was just right for us and will definitely want to stay here again. Pool was busy during the day but later in the early evening I practically had it to myself. Access to the beach via the gated stairs was ace and as long as you don't mind going up and down steps you could be on the beach and/or back to the flat in minutes.

Property info could be better. There is no information book/folder in the flat, so we had to go hunting around for the wifi and password (which we'd cleverly managed to hide by putting a jacket over the back of a chair in front of it), and it took us a while to get the aircon in the bedroom working because the electricity supply switch to that unit is behind the bedroom door. The other units worked immediately, which initially made us think the one in the bedroom was broken. Noticeable side effect of the lovely lake within the community is that mosquitos abounded, something I had not previously noticed much during other stays in Nerja, so stock up on antihistamines.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and the terrace was spacious. We loved the surroundings and overall the apartment was well equipped and comfortable for a couple.

We felt the apartment was slightly overpriced in comparison to others. We booked it to be near friends. We went as a couple so the space was fine but the second bedroom was very small and would’ve been a problem had we taken another 2 adults.

Vi er meget glade for beliggenheden med havudsigt.

Vi behøvede ikke de meget store loungemøblerne på terrassen, vi ville hellere have haft to solsenge. Strandstole savnede vi. Vi manglede morgenmadsskåle. Der var en. Vi kunne godt have brugt flere hylder til tøj. Der var koldt i lejligheden om morgenen, der kom ikke varm luft fra pumpen. Der var ofte kloak lugt på toilettet.
