Very nice place to stay while staying for a conference. Room clean and neat. Just a few cosmetic issues but overall enjoyed the stay.

We were in town for a conference at a nearby hotel & this place was much more reasonably priced. It was quiet [except for the noisy upstairs neighbors, who must’ve been bowling up there], simple, and just what we needed!

We were disappointed. The setting of this VRBO was not at all what we expected. We always thought that the advantage of using VRBO meant it would be a free standing unit. Although it wasn't shared, the unit is in a multi building cheap motel looking setting. Getting to it was not easy at all. You check into a lobby just like at a cheap motel. The man was very nice but with so many similar units, it was tricky to find at midnight when our plane arrived. The bed was small and uncomfortable. We had booked it for 4 nights but after the first night, we decided to leave. I texted the host right away but didn't hear back. I finally wrote in the Vrbo app. She did respond. I asked for half of our money back. She agreed to give us 100 back. The actual unit was clean and pretty with a modern look. It just want for us. motel
