House is in a great location. Short path down to the beach just 2 houses up. Beach there was fine for swimming in July but tons of jelly fish and horse shoe crabs. House is in a nice, private neighborhood that is not too crowded, plenty of parking. The backyard with deck and small beach is wonderful. House is as advertised.

This is the second year we have stayed at this property.
the 4 bedrooms work out great. The view is beautiful of the Delaware bay and the sand outside the house is perfect for my granddaughters who are 3, 5 to play in all day.
Only detractor is the one bathroom that is extremely small, and the grout is stained and dirty looking. Otherwise we would still stay in this property again next year.
