Jake responded quickly to any concerns we had with the property. I would suggest having flatware for the number of guests the house allows.

We were in town for a high school graduation. We were able to invite family back to celebrate. Great house. Worked perfectly. Only thing I would Suggest is to bring tide pods and trash bags. Great stay.

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and we could not be happier! The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the communal areas. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Jake was communicative and transparent and super helpful with any questions we had. Wonderful place, would definitely book again!
