Modern one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four people, equipped with modern kitchen appliances

In the vacation village, our two-room apartments—certified as 5-star by the DTV—offer the most modern and highest-quality amenities. They can accommodate up to 4 people. With approximately 45–60 square meters of living space, each apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, and, in most cases, a TV in the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen area offers high-end amenities, including appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and—in most cases—a Senseo coffee machine, as well as a microwave, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a freezer compartment, and a refrigerator. Welcome to our apartment: balcony, south-facing, shower, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. The apartment is a very beautiful, lovingly furnished space. The modernized bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a comfort height of approximately 60 cm, dual USB outlets on both nightstands, and a large wardrobe with a built-in storage compartment containing the following items: ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies, as well as a first-aid kit; there’s also a safe in the closet for your valuables. A blackout curtain on the balcony door and a screen door round out the amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and thermostatic faucet—just set the desired temperature, and you’re all set! The cozy living/dining area features a modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, and convection oven, along with many other appliances: microwave, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer, stand mixer, electric kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker, and a DAB radio with Bluetooth. The comfortable couch with a cozy sleeper function (1.40 x 2.00 m) invites you to relax. A 55" TV with a soundbar and Bluetooth, as well as a DVD player, are provided; a wide selection of DVDs for children and adults will help pass the time on rainy days, and a large collection of games is available. The living room’s balcony door also features a sliding screen door. The large balcony runs from the south to the east and gets sun almost all day long. Enjoy your Bavarian breakfast on the beer garden furniture and soak up the sun on the provided lounge chairs. We wish you a wonderful vacation! In our vacation village, you can pay on-site in cash or by debit card. You are also welcome to transfer the travel price in advance. The security deposit and any additional costs will be collected in cash during your stay. The guest may cancel the travel contract at any time prior to the start of the trip. Withdrawal must be declared in writing to the Parl Rental Service. If the traveler withdraws from the travel contract before the trip begins, or if they fail to embark on the trip, Parl Rental Service may demand reasonable compensation, provided the cancellation is not attributable to Parl Rental Service or if extraordinary circumstances arise at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly impair the trip’s execution. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. The deposit is 20% of the room rate. Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Viechtach is payable at the vacation village. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
