Summary:
Incredible distinctive fully refurbished cosy apartment in the very centre of Queenstown. Set overlooking town, you are less than a five-minute walk from all the action. Located away from town noise you have amazing views towards Queenstown Bay. One free car parking space. Fully heated, with electric blankets and new appliances throughout. Free super-fast unlimited WIFI and Netflix. Super comfy beds and luxury linen. The SuperKing bed in the master bedroom can also be split into two King Single beds by prior request.

The Space:
The apartment is set on two levels. Master bedroom, family bathroom and toilet downstairs. The second bedroom, lounge and kitchen upstairs. The bathroom has two entrance doors, one leading to the master bedroom and one leading to the main corridor, both lockable. The WC is a separate room to the shared bathroom. There is a large cloakroom for storing additional luggage.
(All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the house and cannot be provided last minute)

Guests can complete access all areas of the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
You are located in the centre of Queenstown, the adventure capital of the World! Booking offices, transport, amazing nightlife, adventure activities. It is all waiting for you, and all available in just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Takeme" is a local Queenstown version of "Uber" which is very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive! Buses leave from the centre of Queenstown to all surrounding areas very regularly, they are also very cheap.
Interaction with Guests:
When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great location - walking distance to town & the waterfront. The apartment, on two floors was perfect for our needs although the person who sleeps upstairs has to go downstairs for the toilet. Not a problem for us.The kitchen was well stocked. It was expensive, but worth it for the view & location.

Good property does need some work. Close to town but due to roadworks could not walk down our street or the next one or two and had no idea how hilly it was. But had a pleasant stay

Loved the little lounge/ balcony with lovely lake views and well equiped kitchen.
If you are in the upstairs bdm just have to be careful going down the narrow stairs for the bathroom.
Unfortunately so many roadworks/closures around town at present which means a slightly longer steep walk to town, but is just a frustration for many local businesses im sure.

Property is well located up a really step hill but the views make the walk worth it.
The unit is a good size for a couple or small family but needs a lot of TLC. No ceiling fans or air con in downstairs bedroom which gets really hot and no screens on any doors or windows so hard to cool the place down. Broken door handles, curtains coming off the tracks, skirting boards broken - basic maintenance needed.
