Characteristic old house, nice staff, free parking and super breakfast!

Everything was fine, except that I booked a non-smoking room but could still smell strong cigarette smoke coming from other rooms where guests were smoking. It is really disturbing my rest and sleep. I even had to borrow a fan to try to clear the smoke, but the heavy smell of cigarette smoke is still there. Please enforce a strict no-smoking policy in the hotel rooms, as this severely affects other guests. Thank you.

Nice cosy hotel in a location which is nice to discover ottoman life.room acceptable but floor board noise is non stop, safety deposit box floating around no fixing no combo(use door key) not good enough, breakfast is very ordinary with a tray full of very little.Nice experience but not again.probably 3 star.

This place was amazing, and the value for the money excellent. I don't eat a big breakfast, so I didn't pay for one, but it looked really plentiful. The only thing I have to say I didn't like was that there were no plugs in the bathroom, although there was a hairdryer hanging right next to the mirror, and it was very poorly illuminated. . Everything else is amazing… Lots of snacks, a ceiling fan, beautiful wooden floors, an amazing staff who helped me find a room early, even though it wasn't check in time yet, just seconds from all the major craft areas and restaurants in the old city, and about five minutes from the tram line that will lead you right out to the bus station. Comfortable bed, side tables with lamps. Everything you could possibly need.
