    We have stayed here several times over 2 years and it is excellent for short or long term stays. Location is great, bear everything around the beach but relatively quiet especially on the school side. The roof area needs updating but is good for a swim and has great views. Rooms are spacious and some have been updated. They have all needed, the kitchens are good though we travel with cutlery, coffee mugs etc as there is only basic items. The shower is warm not hot. The washing machine is handy. The rooms are well insulated which is vital as many apartments are bot and you may hear construction or street noise. Here there is construction (its Da Nang) but you cant hear it with windows shut, and there is no night noise apart from the bun bao man! (If you know, you know!). The staff are all great and many we met last year, including Hung and Joyce, but all are friendly and helpful including the two lovely cleaners. There is a cafe on the ground floor, which is handy but there are many street stalls nearby. The scourge of Vietnam is smoking and there is seating outside the entrance which should be no smoking 🚭 Overall this is a very good place in a good location and worth the rate, especially long term

    We had a month long comfortable stay at Lagom Apartments in Da Nang. The location was a big highlight, super convenient for getting around. The staff were especially amazing and helpful, they really went the extra mile. Anytime something came up in the room, they were quick to fix it. The apartment itself had everything we needed: a good kitchen, clean bathroom, spacious room with a workspace, and a nice balcony with laundry. Perfect for a longer stay.
